As Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins, New Orleans Links Chapter member and District ‘C’ Councilmember Nadine Ramsey, announced that the New Orleans City Council, on October 15, 2015 at 10 a.m., will honor city employees who have suffered from cancer related illnesses. There will be a presentation from doctors, survivors and caretakers.  Also, on hand will be a mobile 3-D Mammogram Unit.
