The New Orleans (LA) Chapter congratulates our students at Mary McCleod Bethune Elementary School for the hard work each put in during the school year and especially during May exam week. Always a stressful time, the chapter aimed to ensure that during exam week the students ended the day with applause and an uplifting and encouraging surprise. With a Links box of treats and surprises awaiting them, stress and anxiety turned into laughter, smiles, joy and appreciation.
