The National Trends and Services Facet of The New Orleans (LA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, in partnership with our sisters from The Pontchartrain (LA) Chapter and The New Orleans Chapter of Jack and Jill, America, hosted voter registration drives at three KIPP New Orleans Schools, Frederick A. Douglass High School, Booker T. Washington High School and John F. Kennedy High School, as well as at Algiers Charter Lord Beaconsfield Landry High School.
Our goal is to ensure that our young adults are registered to vote and that they show up to vote on election day.
