Since 1995 The Links, Incorporated’s National Walk-A-Thon has taken place on the last Saturday of September. The 2022 Annual Walk-a-Thon took place on Saturday, September 24 and it gave New Orleans (LA) Chapter members an opportunity to encourage the community to make personal and family health a priority.
The Walk-a-Thon promotes walking as a healthy pastime with the ultimate goal being to promote physical activity and educate our communities about the importance of regular physical activity in improving overall health and wellness.
